I used Bob's for my AC check up and have just used Bob's for my heating check up. I had used another company which I inherited from my sellers of my current home. They were ok, but I saw reviews on Nextdoor about Bob's and decided to give them a try. I'm retired and a lot of the positive reviews were from other retired people. I have found that with both visits, they did a thorough review of my HVAC systems. With my AC tune up, they said my capacitator probably need to be replaced and I was not surprised. I have 2 units and had to replace the other capacitator the year before. They never come up with surprises and a sense of "urgency" unless it is. I just found both technicians easy to work with, ask questions and I'm happy to use them for my tune ups. I'm happy with Bob's.

Nick and Junior were outstanding! The dispatcher I spoke with the previous day said that their repair crew would be out the very next morning and would take care of us. Well, they did and my wife and I are extremely grateful for their help. We will definitely be using them for all our future solar needs.
