Polite, knowledgeable, fast. All I could ask for

I own many rental houses in Vegas. For a few year we have been using Elite air conditioning and have replaced many units. This time for my four years old home I was told that there is no air conditioning issue I will need to spend around $15000 to replace the furnace. I decided to get a second opinion. I used both ChatGPT and Google, both recommended Bob’s repair. To my surprise Bob’s repair fixed my air conditioning from the first visit- troubleshooting. I am going to use Bob’s repair in the future.

The great service started with the dispatcher explaining exactly what would be inspected and what to expect. When Kyle showed up we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed, he was extremely thorough and very detailed in his explanations of what he found and how they could assist in fixing our concerns. Fantastic company!!! We had another AC guy try to sell us a ridiculously expensive repair, so I called Bob's for a 2nd opinion. Kyle showed up, jumped on the roof, and fixed our problem in minutes. No need to order costly parts and buy a whole new unit. I appreciate thier honestly and willingness to fix the problem rather than sell us a system we don't need. Outstanding experience from start to finish with an AC replacement system! Matthew was extremely responsive, professional, and very intelligent on the process and immediately provided a very clear, competitive quote (best of 3 quotes from other local companies). Installation actually started the very next day because they warehouse their own equipment. The installation crew headed by Christopher was outstanding!
