I had a great experience with Bob’s Repair for maintenance on my AC unit. They were professional, showed up on time, and got straight to work. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was being done and how everything was running.

They made sure my system was clean, efficient, and ready for the season, which gave me a lot of peace of mind—especially with the Vegas heat coming up. Pricing was fair, and there were no surprises.

This was my Spring maintenance check and I can't thank Mauro enough! He located & repaired a very tiny gas leak that I had no idea was there. But, he smelled gas instantly. What a great nose! 😁 I'm so glad I have the maintenance plan. Having the family plan turns out to be lifesaving! A great investment. If you don't have it, you should definitely get it... without a doubt!
Mauro was awesome! He was very pleasant, professional and transparent. He took pictures & explained everything. He showed me the tiny bubbles at the leak & no bubbles after repair. He also suggested a more effective type of air filter than the one I have, since they no longer provide them with the family plan, which I'm bummed about. But, it doesn't take away from the service. Bob's Repair continues to be the BEST service EVER!!! Their technicians shine!

I suspected that my AC / Heating system wasn't doing well. I had another company come out and they confirmed this. I went ahead to gather 5 quotes. Bob's Repair was one of the company's. From the time that Matthew arrived, he was very informative, listened, and proactive. I decided on Bob's Repair and from start to finish, setting the appointment to final install, it was the easiest, most professional, communicative interaction with each. From Kasey, Matthew, Jonathan, to the guys that came with the crane. It was an excellent experience, cost effective, and a relief to deal with those that are above board, patient, and courteous, I fully recommend this company and those who work for it.

Bob’s always does a great job. And they show up when they say they will, which I feel is a major plus. We pay a yearly fee for a winter and summer tuneup/checkup. I feel the price is reasonable.

Ron arrived promptly and completed our furnace checkup very efficiently. He replaced the outside insulation and cleaned the coil. He was properly attired and even had shoe covers.

I decided to Replace my entire HVAC system including furnace. My Home is about 11 years old and I’ve been having issues with my AC unit for the last three years. I finally made a decision to purchase a brand new system and contacted Bob’s. Kyle was my Technician. I mentioned That my AC unit was a stage one and I wanted to go to a stage two. We went into the attic Together to look at the AC unit and furnace. He pointed out exactly what would be Replaced and how the system systems work. He also gave me tips on some maintenance. He then walked outside and looked at the AC unit. He came inside and discussed different plans that They could offer. I thought their prices were pretty fair and a lot more affordable than some of the bigger name HVAC companies in the city. I decided to go with the stage 2 Trane ac unit and finance it with there Recommended lender. Obviously replacing an entire unit wasn’t cheap by any means but an investment that is needed especially here in Las Vegas. There Financial team worked with me and my budget and we were able to come to an agreement. They were never pushy about very respectful and Kyle was fantastic. I Also purchased to have more insulation spray in my attic. All in all my experience awesome and I’m glad I can call Bobs my new HVAC go to company. Great job guys!
