Hands down. Bob’s Repair HVAC and solar experts is the real deal. I recently purchased a house in Las Vegas and I google search for HVAC company in Las Vegas while I was in Illinios. I already had a price quote from another HVAC company when I visited Las Vegas in April. I called Bob’ Repair based on all the recent excellent reviews they have. I told the customer service that I don’t need a visit for quote since I am from out of state . I already know the specs of my HVAC. Office staffs were so awesome gave me a quote on the phone. I told them it will be two houses that needs HVAC replacement . They gave me an awesome package price. They deliver on what they promised. Thanks to the techs that came in for installation for both houses- Shawn,Gia,Miguel and Ron. Very professional and cleaned everything after they were done. I also using BoB for my attic insulation!! I chose Bob’s Repair for the installation of a Trane air conditioner with gas heat for two primary reasons: AI research indicates that Trane systems perform optimally in the Las Vegas climate, and Frideric Prandecki provided the most competitive pricing. A team of three technicians—Miguel, Edgar, and Stephan—arrived promptly at 8:00 AM with the new system and necessary installation components. The removal of the existing 19-year-old system and installation of the new Trane unit was completed by 2:00 PM. By 4:00 PM, the system was fully tested, commissioned, and functioning as expected. The crew ensured thorough cleanup and proper disposal of the old equipment prior to their departure. I highly recommend Bob’s Repair for all air conditioning and plumbing services and intend to continue utilizing their expertise in the future.

My wife and I have used Bob’s Repair AC and Heating for three years and have always been very pleased with their technicians. Our most recent check with Ron Simbulan was a real joy and blessing. Not only was Ron a very pleasant person but also carefully inspected and serviced our AC system. He had over 14 hours of training. After his inspection, he reviewed the report with us, complete with photos to view what he had done verified with numbers. Pricing with Bob’s has always been more than reasonable, and we always get prompt notifications with on-time arrivals. One significant thing with this Company is that I mentioned to Ron that Bob’s Repair AC and Heating was an excellent company, and he replied that this was his first company after graduation, and was treated so well, he had no interest in working for anyone else! That says it all about the integrity and quality of this HVAC company.

Rances was our technician and from the moment he arrived, he immediately got to work and never really looked back. Victor did a detailed and thorough inspection of our air conditioner unit. He was very professional and pleasant throughout his visit.

We were recommended Bob’s by several people, so we got four quotes for two 4-ton full system replacements. They were very competitive (though not the cheapest), but what stood out was how thorough their quote was—it gave me confidence there wouldn’t be any surprises.

That turned out to be exactly the case. They also committed to putting a larger team on the job so everything could be completed in a single day before my young daughter went to bed, which we really appreciated.

Jathan and Danny led the installation and were fantastic. The whole crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They even added extra pavers since the new condensers were larger, and everything was finished very neatly.

The installation itself was very thorough—they carried out proper pressure testing, flushed the existing line sets, and completed a full system walkthrough at the end. They also included two of the latest smart thermostats and gave me a full walkthrough as part of the install (I could have chose to keep using my Ecobees).

The house was left spotless, and the team couldn’t have been easier to work with.

Jordan came back the next day to replaster, texture, and paint the ceiling where access was needed, and the finish was excellent.

The gentlemen made the whole experience of not having the air conditioner for a couple of weeks worth the wait. When we finally contacted them they were right out and right on it. It's been about 6 weeks now since I had my new AC installed. Wanted to wait until I actually had to use it before writing a review.
My old unit would not have lasted me through another hot summer, so I decided to replace it before this years heat comes back.
I contacted three different companies to get some quotes.. There are very big price differences between companies out there, even for the same unit.
Matthew from Bob's Repair came and explained everything from beginning to end to me, everything the company has to offer. Then he did a very thorough check of my existing unit hook-up to see how it would compare with the new unit.
Since none of the other companies climbed on my roof and checked my attic, I anticipated yet another sticker shock. And I got it!! In a good way though. Matthew worked his magic and with every discount he was able to give me, the job came in $5,000 less than a competitor's price for the same unit. What a deal. Plus, I now have one of them fancy thermostats that I can control with my phone :) Included with Bob's deal, extra at the competitor.
I excepted the proposal on a Friday late afternoon and by Thursday at noon I had my new AC installed and working.
Shout out to Gia who worked hard with his partner to get the AC up and running. I was stunned to find out that it was only those two young men you got this job done. Way to go. Very impressive. I can't say enough about the professionalism this company puts forward from beginning to end. They promise great customer service, great deals and they deliver 100%.
If you are looking for a replacement, or just a servicing of your AC unit, do you research, get quotes from different companies, but don't forget to make Bob's Repair one of them. You won't regret it. All those 5 star ratings on Google is well deserved.

This was my Spring maintenance check and I can't thank Mauro enough! He located & repaired a very tiny gas leak that I had no idea was there. But, he smelled gas instantly. What a great nose! 😁 I'm so glad I have the maintenance plan. Having the family plan turns out to be lifesaving! A great investment. He also suggested a more effective type of air filter than the one I have, since they no longer provide them with the family plan, which I'm bummed about. But, it doesn't take away from the service.
