We had a Winter Tune Up of all Systems and got a report by email. This is the first time I have seen such a report, and I like it. We always ask for Ron Simbulan to service our equipment. Ron is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable and courteous. He far surpasses the capabilities of any other technician from your company and others. We’re happy you have Ron, and hope you keep him with you.

I wish you had more than 5 stars for Bob’s Repair! Having gone through my HSA as my guest room would not get cold enough this summer, they sent out three horrific companies who could not or would not fix the true issue. I hired another firm that ripped me off by claiming I needed only $3100 worth of duct work which I had them do but did not solve the problem. I found Bob’s Repair thankfully!! Robert, their estimator, advised that I needed a new AC unit and a return to be installed in that bedroom as well as cleaning up duct work that the $3100 rip off firm claimed they fixed.

Bob’s prices were $2000 less than two very well known and highly advertised local AC firms. One even had the nerve to show me wires in the AC electrical connection that he claimed was an immediate fire hazard and he was surprised I had not had a fire to date! Really? This was solder not melted wires.

I will use Bob’s for all my heating and AC needs for as long as I am alive. I only wish he had a plumbing, GC license so he could redo my bathroom etc.!!

Ron is so professional and so pleasant to talk to. He explained the scope of work he performed for the annual Fall maintenance and his recommendations. I don’t feel pressured to replace any part(s) or to do the recommended duct cleaning. I love how he presents things and gives me options. I am excited to get my duct work cleaned. He is quick and efficient. We love him.

I left a comment in their user-friendly online portal after hours, and to my surprise, an employee personally reviewed and responded that same evening — something that’s virtually unheard of these days. Even more impressive, Rob was dispatched back to my home the very next morning to review my concerns and update the estimate accordingly.
The customer service, communication, and follow-through were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Bob’s AC & Repair to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused HVAC service.

Went through Bob’s Repair when my A/C unit went out mid summer. They were absolutely amazing!! They were quick, fast and very informative offering up a lot of information and left no questions unanswered. I had a couple of their employees who helped me and you receive a photo and their name automatically with who will be at your home helping. Which was a nice touch to know who to expect. A few of the employees i’ve had the pleasure of working with were Matthew, Kyle, Alejandro and Erick. Now I have called them again for the winter tune up and am just as happy with their swift professionalism. If you have any A/C or heat issues, they are the guys to call! Bob’s sent out techs right away. The techs were courteous and professional in every way. The were able to diagnose and repair a unit that another company couldn’t. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I have spent a lot of money at Bob's to include two large AC units, Water heater, Duct cleaning and most recently a pump for the water heater. I had a pump on the old water heater but it was discarded when the new water heater was installed. When I asked if it was needed I was told it wasn't. Well, I found that it was needed and that is why I just paid $700 for a new one. The original pump worked fine. The actual work done seems to be professional but the advise in this case incorrect.

Frank from Bob's repair contacted me and apologized for the loss of my original pump and reimbursed me 100 percent for the new pump and installation. The workmanship of Bob's repair through the many jobs I had done have aways been top rate. Now I know the credibility of the company is the best. Thank you Frank for making things right.

Bob’s replaced our entire HVAC system. The price was the lowest of the companies that we quoted. They removed the old system and installed the new one in just one day. The installers were very friendly and explained everything. I highly recommend Bob’s if you are considering replacing your A/C system.

Ron was early for our window. Answered all of our questions and asked if there was anything else that he could help us with.
