Bob is the Bomb! 💣 This is Part 2 of my review after they came out to fix my AC and patch my ceiling from the water damage caused by the leak. I had water leaking from my attic that came through the ceiling and caused some pretty major damage. Once Bob's fixed my AC, they also had a drywall guy who could repair the hole in my ceiling. And let me tell you... Jordan patched that ceiling like Picasso himself—and even matched the paint perfectly! You'd never know there was ever any damage. My AC is blowing colder than a polar bear's farts, and my ceiling looks brand new. 10/10. I recommend Bob's to everyone!

I’m not sure where to start. It was a little hustle and bustle getting this set up but it turned into one of our best contractor experiences ever, and we were contractors in a prior life. We first discovered a problem with our A/C system when we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling. We immediately called our home warranty company, (American Home Shield), and they had someone come out the next day. (Mind you we are in the middle of an excessive heat warning). The tech came out, did a very thorough inspection and told us the repair will not be totally covered and we would be out of pocket $4k to $5k just to repair one unit. Our home has two systems and both are 16yrs old, right at their normal lifespan. So we decided to call for a second opinion and decided on Bob’s AC Repair based on reviews we found on the internet. They sent Kyle out to inspect our system and he came up with the same diagnosis that we received earlier in the day. (That’s right, they came out the same day I called.) He explained everything well and showed us some options, never pushing anything. We agreed on a price to replace our entire system, front to back, top to bottom for a very reasonable price. When he was done with his presentation, we asked him why shouldn’t we replace the second system at the same time since it is just as old as the failed system and he gave us a very good out the door price so we said let’s go and signed the contract. Payment was not required until the job was done and we were satisfied with the installation. Bob’s team showed up in a few days at 8AM and worked until everything was working properly, including two new ecobee thermostats that were part of the deal, and buttoned up the project late into the evening. When we say “team” we mean 6 - 8 people running all day. Each of them had studied the playbook and worked together like a fine Swiss clock. They don’t get 5 stars, they deserve 10 STARS. We got tired watching them work. We are sitting in our living room today, reaping the benefits of having been lucky enough to call Bob’s for our second opinion.

Our air conditioning failed this week. When temps are high in Las Vegas, quick repair is urgent. We called Bob's Repair based on their many 5-star reviews. The technician arrived within four hours. He was professional and courteous. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the unit on the spot. This was our first experience with Bob's Repair. It will not be our last. Highly recommended.

Adan was thorough, knowledgeable and honest! He is a really good dude! I signed up for the 2 times per year maintenance program as well. He explained everything and pointed out the one thing that should be done, but it didn’t have to be done. I went ahead and did it to stay ahead of the curve! Kyle did a great job explaining and discussing the options with us. I didn’t feel pressured and was able to get us booked in a couple of days. My only wish is that the work could have started sooner as we have no air at all and have been without air for 3 days.

If I could give more stars, I would! I'm writing this review before they even do the work because I've had some issues with my AC during this terrible Mercury retrograde that the fact I was able to find a company that was so helpful and professional made me believe that there are good people out there. I worked with a few AC companies before (they will not be named) that tried to help me with my problem but couldn't REALLY help me. Instead, they suggested replacing my whole AC would fix it. My AC is 14 years old, and she's definitely got a few more years in her. After being referred to Bob's Repair and telling them my dilemma, Bob's was able to get someone to my house that same day, and that's when Alex Juarez came in. He was nice and immediately got to work figuring out the problem. When I say he got into my attic and dug around to the point that, when he was done, he was covered in insulation... what a man! He pinpointed the issue and gave me nothing but solutions to fix my AC without even suggesting I replace the whole unit. When I tell you the tears of relief came out—I wanted to hug him, but didn't because he was covered in attic insulation—all I could tell him was thank you. I honestly have never felt so taken care of when it comes to home repairs. Bob's has a customer for life. Anyway, they're coming tomorrow to do the work, so expect Part 2. I'm calling my home warranty to cancel. Helpful, affordable, and just really good people! Call Bob's—they'll hook you up!

I Hired Bobs to replace a 26 year old AC unit last Friday the 17th with a new Trane 4 ton ac unit and furnace, matching my other 2nd unit at the home. Muli, Edgar, and Jordan worked from 7:45am - 6pm , were a very courteous and professional crew, keeping me informed and answering questions all day. They had to fix a couple issues left unresolved from previous work by a different company in 2020, and resolving electrical issues due to Code changes over the last 20 years. Every problem they ran into during the installation they worked with patience and professionalism to resolve it. Highly recommend them ! Ron the initial evaluation Tech on the 15th was also courteous and professional. From a dead unit on Wednesday 15th to a brand new unit at a good price on Friday the 17th we couldn't be happier with this professional company !
